Physical and chemical properties: Yellow powder, non-toxic, odorless, flammable, large pore-forming agent. 32% by weight of decomposition is decomposed into gas, 27% distillation; residue of 41%. As to Decomposed gas, 65% nitrogen, 32% carbon monoxide, 3% carbon dioxide. Heat of decomposition 359.5J / g, specific heat 0.26, heat of combustion 1070kJ / mol.
Uses: One of the most widely used foamer, can be used for atmospheric foam and pressure foam. Widely used in EVA, PE, natural rubber, PVC + NBR blend foam, especially suitable for large mold pressing foaming EVAMD shoe mold and small hot foam, foam products can impart excellent characteristics, in particular extending help to improve products and to obtain more excellent cell structure.
